Può un’impresa del terziario avanzato nascere, crescere e continuare a operare dentro un vero e proprio paradosso?

E’ il risultato di una grande biodiversità, della storia e delle tradizioni culturali ed enogastronomiche che fanno della Campania una terra di eccellenze agroalimentari oltre che una delle principali destinazioni del turismo culturale nel mondo. Una terra, tuttavia, poco avvezza a curare la propria immagine e a promuovere adeguatamente i propri prodotti ed è in questo contesto che assume un ruolo ancor più strategico che altrove la comunicazione.
Quante delle 486 eccellenze campane sono realmente conosciute e valorizzate? Quanto sviluppo locale (e quindi nuova occupazione) determinerebbero azioni di comunicazione e marketing adeguate?
Il paradosso è proprio questo: la regione che ha le maggiori potenzialità e che attualmente subisce i maggiori attacchi esterni sul piano dell’immagine è tra le meno propense all’utilizzo della comunicazione all’interno di strategie di rilancio aziendale, di filiera o territoriali.
A volte nelle imprese campane sembrano prevalere atteggiamenti statici o un pur ammirevole “fai da te” ma dai risultati sempre incerti e discutibili.
Manca la consapevolezza della posta in gioco, ovvero la reale possibilità – in un mercato globale che tuttavia sa riconoscere le specificità e soprattutto le eccellenze locali – di accrescere la propria incidenza.
In altri termini, chi sa fare le mozzarelle o i pomodori pelati deve concentrarsi sempre più sugli aspetti produttivi e sulla qualità del prodotto, affidandosi a esperti per quanto riguarda la comunicazione.
A volte si equivoca riducendo a “pubblicità” un’attività che investe aspetti fondamentali come la definizione dell’identità, la capacità di analizzare il mercato e le sue tendenze, la costruzione di una strategia di marketing.
E’ in questo scenario che il ruolo di strutture come Creatiwa Studio travalica oggettivamente la pura e semplice dimensione di impresa di servizi e assume un po’ la connotazione di “agente di sviluppo” nei settori e nei territori in cui si trova a operare.
