Ogni anno Samsung effettua presso i consumatori di tutta Europa un sondaggio che porta a curiosi risultati. Sembra infatti che nonostante la grande passione scaturita per gli smartphone, tablet e tutti i prodotti hi-tech, solo una piccola parte ne comprenda le capacità, il resto solo amatori.
Se vogliamo trasformare questi dati in percentuale ne verrebbe fuori che il 40% degli Italiani è interessato alle innovazioni che organizzano meglio i propri impegni, il 59% ne fa un uso maggiore rispetto al passato, ma ben l’88% non li comprende realmente .
Il 32% degli italiani, dichiara che trova difficoltà nella terminologia non abbastanza facile, e questo rende difficile la comprensione delle funzionalità dei prodotti.
Con questi dati alla mano, Samsung ha elencato una top 5 di parole il cui significato è meno conosciuto dall’utenza:
Cloud, Emoji in Italia e Streaming nel resto d’Europa, Internet of Things, “Fibra ottica” e “Android”.
Il 36% degli Italiani ammette di possedere un dispositivo tecnologico troppo avanzato per le proprie capacità d’utilizzo (43% il dato continentale), mentre il 7% sostiene di sentirsi in ritardo sul progresso attuale (11% in Europa).
