Sono due le modalità di ricerca di occupazione, la più frequente è l’autocandidatura, in cui c’è una ricerca più attenta e accurata del lavoro.
La capacità di emergere tra le tante candidature, è quella di colpire in pochissimo tempo, descrivendo se stesso e le proprie esperienze, in modo originale e sottolineando i propri punti di forza. È stato stimato infatti, che in media, un responsabile del personale legge un nuovo curriculum vitae per non più di 8,8 secondi.
E’ il caso di descrivere la storia di un giovane professionista nel settore marketing, Lukas Yla, che dopo aver lasciato il suo precedente ruolo a capo di un’azienda di car sharing, ha ideato un modo per farsi notare dalle aziende di suo interesse. Ha fatto recapitare ai responsabili una scatola contenente 3 dolci ripieni, fingensodi un ragazzo delle consegne.
All’apertura della confezione, c’è una frase : “La maggior parte dei curriculum finisce nel cestino della spazzatura. Il mio finirà nel tuo stomaco”. “Questa consegna non è sbagliata. Mi sono finto il ragazzo delle consegne per fare in modo che il mio curriculum arrivasse direttamente a Lei. Come avrà notato, il mio modo di fare è diverso dal solito e, soprattutto, mi piace arrivare ai fatti. Il mio nome è Lukas e ho lavorato nell’ambito del marketing per cinque anni. Ammiro la sua azienda e mi piacerebbe lavorare per Lei”, seguita poi dal suo curriculum .
La sua creatività è stata premiata, ottenendo da una decina di aziende un colloquio.
